ITO Thin Film Gas Sensors are nanocrystalline thin films of indium tin oxide (ITO) deposited on various substrates at different growth conditions by vacuum deposition. Gold electrodes were deposited on ITO films in order to make external connections. The basic principle of operation of sensor is the change in the electrical resistance of ITO thin film by change in the concentration of test gas.
